How to Book Your Cat’s Visits
To provide the best care for your cats, we require an initial meet-and-greet before starting services. This helps us get familiar with your home, understand your pet’s specific needs, and personally meet your cats to build a trusting relationship. We do not proceed with visits without these meetings.
- Part 1: Virtual Meet-and-Greet
What happens:

Zoom video call scheduled through our website.
You’ll receive an email with all the meeting details.
During the call, we’ll discuss your cat’s routines, needs, and answer any questions.
• This session helps us determine if we’re the right fit for your pet.
• No charge for this introductory meeting.
- Part 2: In-Person Meeting
What happens:
30 min
Schedule a in-person meeting at least 3 days prior your first scheduled service.
You’ll receive an email from Time to Pet to set up your account, complete our contracts, and share details about your home, your cats, and emergency contacts.
Keys
We’ll exchange keys or establish access plans, conduct a brief tour of your home, confirm existing information, and gather any additional details like alarm codes, security instructions, or specific needs.
What we'll gather:
• Meet your cats in person. • Alarm codes and security instructions. • Garbage and recycling procedures.
• Any additional specific needs.
The In-Person meeting has a fee of $35.
